Perron’s Swiss has a bright ivory colour and the traditional holes. It is made with pasteurized milk and is lactose-free. It’s a hard mild cheese with no crust. Its taste fruity and sweet. Available in blocks of 170 g, 3 kg, 4 kg, 12 kg, sliced or grated.
